Jeddah set the stage for a masterful diplomatic gala during the prestigious Good France event, showcasing a fusion of French heritage and Saudi ambition. This milestone was not merely a culinary showcase but a high-level strategic exchange under the umbrella of cultural diplomacy.

In a testament to Bunyan Academy’s international prestige, the legendary Chef Jacques Rolancy (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) specifically requested the collaboration of our students for this exclusive diplomatic dinner. We are immensely proud of our 23 students from the first cohort—supported by the Culinary Arts Commission—who exemplified professional excellence while working alongside one of France’s most esteemed culinary masters.

Key Highlights of this Milestone:

A Request of Merit: The personal invitation from Chef Rolancy underscores the global trust in Bunyan’s rigorous training standards.

Knowledge Transfer: An immersive professional experience bridging world-class French techniques with Saudi creative vision.

Cultural Diplomacy: Strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a premier global destination for culinary arts.

Our deepest gratitude goes to the Culinary Arts Commission for their visionary sponsorship, to Chef Jacques Rolancy for his mentorship, and to the entire Bunyan Academy team for orchestrating such an inspiring professional achievement.
